Hoe het loopt
Bestellingen die op een werkdag voor 15:00 binnenkomen, gaan diezelfde dag door naar het atelier. Daarna duurt het verwerken één tot twee werkdagen, en gaat de vervoerder erover. De levertijden hierboven zijn inclusief die verwerking.
Zodra het pakket onderweg is, krijg je een e-mail met een track & trace-code. Bestel je meerdere stukken die uit verschillende ateliers komen, dan arriveren ze los van elkaar, met een eigen code per pakket. Extra kosten zijn daar niet aan verbonden.
Adres verkeerd ingevuld
Mail zo snel mogelijk naar hallo@novalinda.nl. Zolang het pakket het atelier nog niet heeft verlaten, passen we het adres kosteloos aan. Is het al onderweg, dan moeten we wachten tot het retour komt en versturen we het opnieuw; de tweede verzending is dan voor eigen rekening.
Niet thuis
De vervoerder probeert het opnieuw of laat het pakket achter bij een afhaalpunt in de buurt. Wordt het na de bewaartermijn teruggestuurd, dan nemen we contact met je op om het opnieuw te versturen of het bedrag terug te storten.
Buiten de EU
We verzenden op dit moment alleen binnen de Europese Unie. Dat scheelt jou invoerrechten en ons douanepapieren.

Cómo funciona
Los pedidos que entran antes de las 15:00 de un día laborable salen ese mismo día hacia el taller. La preparación tarda uno o dos días laborables y después el envío pasa al transportista. Los plazos de arriba ya incluyen esa preparación.
En cuanto el paquete sale, recibes un correo con el código de seguimiento. Si pides varias prendas de talleres distintos, llegarán por separado, cada una con su código. No supone ningún coste añadido.
Dirección mal escrita
Escríbenos cuanto antes a hallo@novalinda.nl. Mientras el paquete no haya salido del taller, cambiamos la dirección sin coste. Si ya está en camino, hay que esperar a que vuelva y lo reenviamos; ese segundo envío corre por tu cuenta.
Si no estás en casa
El transportista lo intenta de nuevo o deja el paquete en un punto de recogida cercano. Si se devuelve tras el plazo de custodia, te contactamos para reenviarlo o devolverte el importe.
Fuera de la UE
Por ahora solo enviamos dentro de la Unión Europea. Así tú te ahorras aranceles y nosotros papeleo de aduanas.

How it runs
Orders that come in before 15:00 on a working day go through to the atelier the same day. Preparation then takes one to two working days, and after that it is with the carrier. The delivery times above already include that preparation.
As soon as the parcel is on its way, you get an email with a tracking code. If you order several pieces from different ateliers, they arrive separately, each with its own code. There is no extra charge for that.
Wrong address
Email us as soon as you can at hallo@novalinda.nl. As long as the parcel has not left the atelier, we change the address free of charge. If it is already on its way, we have to wait for it to come back and send it again; that second shipment is at your own cost.
Not at home
The carrier tries again or leaves the parcel at a pick-up point nearby. If it is returned after the holding period, we contact you to send it again or refund the amount.
Outside the EU
For now we only ship within the European Union. That saves you import duties and us customs paperwork.

Come funziona
Gli ordini che arrivano prima delle 15:00 di un giorno lavorativo passano all'atelier lo stesso giorno. La preparazione richiede poi uno o due giorni lavorativi, dopodiché passa al corriere. I tempi qui sopra comprendono già quella preparazione.
Appena il pacco parte, ricevi un'email con il codice di tracciamento. Se ordini più capi da atelier diversi, arrivano separatamente, ciascuno con il proprio codice. Non comporta costi aggiuntivi.
Indirizzo sbagliato
Scrivici il prima possibile a hallo@novalinda.nl. Finché il pacco non ha lasciato l'atelier, cambiamo l'indirizzo senza costi. Se è già in viaggio, dobbiamo aspettare che torni indietro e lo rispediamo; quella seconda spedizione è a tuo carico.
Se non sei in casa
Il corriere riprova oppure lascia il pacco in un punto di ritiro vicino. Se viene restituito dopo il periodo di giacenza, ti contattiamo per rispedirlo o per rimborsarti.
Fuori dall'UE
Per ora spediamo solo all'interno dell'Unione Europea. Così tu eviti i dazi e noi le pratiche doganali.
