Dertig dagen bedenktijd
De wet geeft je veertien dagen om zonder opgaaf van reden af te zien van je aankoop. Wij maken er dertig van, gerekend vanaf de dag dat je het pakket ontvangt.
Voorwaarden
- Het stuk is ongedragen, ongewassen en niet vermaakt.
- De labels zitten er nog aan.
- Het zit in de originele verpakking of iets vergelijkbaars dat het beschermt.
Uitgezonderd zijn de haarklemmen en de kettingen, om hygiënische redenen, tenzij de verzegeling ongeopend is.

Meld je retour
Mail naar hallo@novalinda.nl met je bestelnummer en wat je terugstuurt.
Print het label
Je krijgt binnen één werkdag een retourlabel per e-mail.
Breng het weg
Naar een afgiftepunt van de vervoerder. Bewaar het verzendbewijs tot het geld terug is.
Geld terug
Binnen vijf werkdagen na ontvangst, op dezelfde manier als je betaald hebt.
Kosten
Retourneer je omdat de maat niet klopt of omdat je van gedachten bent veranderd, dan is de retourzending €4,95 — dat bedrag verrekenen we met de terugbetaling. Ligt het aan ons (verkeerd artikel, beschadigd, niet zoals omschreven), dan betalen wij de retour en krijg je het volledige bedrag terug, inclusief de oorspronkelijke verzendkosten.
Ruilen
We ruilen niet om in het systeem, dat duurt langer dan het waard is. Stuur terug wat niet past en bestel de juiste maat opnieuw — dan ligt hij sneller bij je.
Iets kapot of verkeerd geleverd
Mail binnen zeven dagen na ontvangst, met een foto. Dan regelen we een vervangend stuk of het geld terug, zonder dat je iets hoeft voor te schieten.
Treinta días para pensarlo
La ley te da catorce días para desistir de la compra sin dar explicaciones. Nosotros los ampliamos a treinta, contados desde el día en que recibes el paquete.
Condiciones
- La prenda está sin usar, sin lavar y sin arreglos.
- Conserva las etiquetas.
- Va en su embalaje original o en otro parecido que la proteja.
Quedan excluidas las pinzas de pelo y los collares, por higiene, salvo que el precinto esté sin abrir.
Cómo se hace
Avisa de la devolución
Escribe a hallo@novalinda.nl con tu número de pedido y lo que devuelves.
Imprime la etiqueta
Recibes una etiqueta de devolución por correo en un día laborable.
Llévalo
A un punto de entrega del transportista. Guarda el justificante hasta recibir el dinero.
Reembolso
En cinco días laborables desde que lo recibimos, por el mismo medio con el que pagaste.
Costes
Si devuelves porque la talla no va o porque has cambiado de idea, la devolución cuesta 4,95 €, que descontamos del reembolso. Si el fallo es nuestro (artículo equivocado, dañado o distinto de lo descrito), la devolución la pagamos nosotros y recuperas el importe completo, gastos de envío incluidos.
Cambios
No hacemos cambios en el sistema: tarda más de lo que compensa. Devuelve lo que no te queda bien y vuelve a pedir la talla correcta; así la tienes antes.
Algo roto o mal enviado
Escríbenos en los siete días siguientes a la recepción, con una foto. Nos encargamos de una prenda de repuesto o del reembolso, sin que tengas que adelantar nada.
Thirty days to decide
The law gives you fourteen days to withdraw from your purchase without giving a reason. We make it thirty, counted from the day you receive the parcel.
Conditions
- The piece is unworn, unwashed and unaltered.
- The labels are still attached.
- It is in its original packaging or something comparable that protects it.
Hair claws and necklaces are excluded for hygiene reasons, unless the seal is unopened.
How to do it
Register your return
Email hallo@novalinda.nl with your order number and what you are sending back.
Print the label
You get a return label by email within one working day.
Drop it off
At a carrier drop-off point. Keep the proof of postage until the money is back.
Refund
Within five working days of receipt, by the same method you paid with.
Costs
Returning because the size is wrong or you changed your mind: the return costs €4.95, which we deduct from the refund. If it is down to us (wrong item, damaged, not as described), we pay the return and you get the full amount back, including the original shipping.
Exchanges
We do not swap items in the system; it takes longer than it is worth. Send back what does not fit and order the right size again — that way you have it sooner.
Something broken or wrongly delivered
Email within seven days of receipt, with a photo. We arrange a replacement or a refund, without you having to pay anything up front.
Trenta giorni per decidere
La legge ti dà quattordici giorni per recedere dall'acquisto senza dare spiegazioni. Noi li portiamo a trenta, a partire dal giorno in cui ricevi il pacco.
Condizioni
- Il capo è non indossato, non lavato e non modificato.
- Le etichette sono ancora attaccate.
- È nella confezione originale o in una simile che lo protegga.
Sono escluse le pinze per capelli e le collane, per motivi igienici, a meno che il sigillo sia intatto.

Scrivi a hallo@novalinda.nl con il numero d'ordine e quello che rimandi indietro.
Stampa l'etichetta
Ricevi un'etichetta di reso via email entro un giorno lavorativo.
Portalo
A un punto di consegna del corriere. Conserva la ricevuta finché non hai il rimborso.
Rimborso
Entro cinque giorni lavorativi dalla ricezione, con lo stesso metodo con cui hai pagato.
Costi
Se rendi perché la taglia non va o perché hai cambiato idea, il reso costa 4,95 € che tratteniamo dal rimborso. Se l'errore è nostro (articolo sbagliato, danneggiato o diverso dalla descrizione), il reso lo paghiamo noi e recuperi l'intero importo, spese di spedizione comprese.
Cambi
Non facciamo cambi a sistema: richiede più tempo di quanto valga. Rimanda indietro quello che non ti sta e riordina la taglia giusta — così ce l'hai prima.
Qualcosa di rotto o consegnato per errore
Scrivici entro sette giorni dalla ricezione, con una foto. Ci occupiamo noi della sostituzione o del rimborso, senza che tu debba anticipare nulla.
